A robust and contemporary Learning Management System (LMS) is at the core of our Learning and Development activities, The LMS activities, including Digital learning, cater to the needs of professionals in a business environment characterized by VUCA. MCPI partners with leading learning global service providers to fulfil its LMS and e-learning goals. A reward and recognition plan is in place to promote and incentivize learning in the organization.
Celebrating Togetherness
Our focus at MCPI is to build and sustain an engaged workforce. A host of effective engagement activities address the themes of wellbeing and recreation for our employees and their families.
